RejuvaRoofs is a professional roof rejuvenation treatment designed for aging asphalt shingles that still have useful life left but are beginning to show the effects of age and exposure.
It helps preserve and protect the existing shingles, reduce continued granule loss and extend the useful life of roofs that are still good candidates for preservation.
What is RejuvaRoofs?

As asphalt shingles age, years of sun, heat, cold, rain and weather take a toll. Shingles can become more brittle, lose granules and become more susceptible to moisture and continued deterioration.
RejuvaRoofs is applied to an existing asphalt shingle roof to help preserve and protect shingles that still have serviceable life remaining. The formula uses methyl esters along with a copolymer component designed to do more than simply make an old shingle look newer.
This isn't a new roof, and it isn't meant to make a failed roof good again. It's about preserving the roof you already have when replacement isn't necessary yet.
What does it actually do?

Helps protect the surface of aging asphalt shingles and reduce continued granule loss.

Helps reduce water saturation into the shingle.

What it doesn't do
Rejuvenation isn't a replacement for a roof that has failed.
Not every roof should be rejuvenated.
If a roof has significant leaks, widespread damage, structural problems, severe deterioration or has reached the end of its useful life, RejuvaRoofs isn't intended to make that roof good again.
RejuvaRoofs is for roofs that are aging but still worth preserving. That's why we evaluate the roof first.

Before recommending RejuvaRoofs, the roof should be evaluated to determine whether rejuvenation makes sense. We're looking at the condition of the shingles, granule loss, flexibility, existing damage, leaks, penetrations, flashing and the overall condition of the roofing system.
If rejuvenation makes sense, we'll explain why.
If the roof needs repairs first, we'll explain those.
And if the roof really needs to be replaced, we'll tell you that too.

Warranty
Backed by a 10-year warranty.
RejuvaRoofs includes a 10-year product and application warranty when the product is applied according to RejuvaRoofs requirements by an authorised applicator.
Individual contractors may provide additional warranties of their own. Roofing Utah, for example, adds its own workmanship warranty to the RejuvaRoofs projects it performs. That additional coverage comes from Roofing Utah, not RejuvaRoofs.
