Using the site

These terms apply to your use of jensilver.co. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may read this site, and print or download material we offer for download, for your own personal and non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site’s content for republication, scrape it, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to send unsolicited mail.

Email, downloads and the mailing list

Several pages invite you to leave an email address: to be told when the book is released, to receive the Homeowner’s Toolkit, to request the Property Savings Account paper, to hear about speaking dates, or to get in touch.

When you do, we use that address for the thing you asked for and to send occasional related updates. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to info@jensilver.co. Please give a real address you control, and do not submit someone else’s.

No advice, and no professional relationship

The material on this site is general education about homeowners insurance, not advice about your policy or your claim. Using the site does not create a client, agent, adjuster, appraiser or attorney relationship with Jen Silver. See the Legal Notice for more on this, and read your own policy.

Books and other purchases

Where this site links to a retailer to buy the book, the sale is made by that retailer under their own terms, and their returns and delivery policies apply. We are not the seller.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision made on the basis of material published on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
